About Interactive Intel
We're on a mission to help organizations harness the transformative power of artificial intelligence to solve their most complex challenges.
Our Story
Interactive Intel is the agentic-AI practice of Alton Group Worldwide — a 14-year-old boutique consulting firm with on-the-ground operator history across five regions (US, EU, Middle East, Asia, and the Caribbean).
We're not a pivot-to-AI shop. We arrived here through years of operator work — building, shipping, and running real businesses across hospitality, marine, healthcare, and SME operations — then bringing that discipline to the agentic AI systems we deploy for clients. The partner you meet in your first call is the partner who delivers the engagement.
We ship while we consult. Our flagship product, Medop— a MedSpa operating system built in public on a Claude + Vercel stack — is live in production today. Every framework, governance pattern, and engagement playbook we recommend to clients has been tested on our own P&L first.
Most AI consultancies are either too big to take an honest meeting (the Big Four won't take one under $500K) or too thin to deliver beyond a prompt. We're built for the operators in the middle — modern healthcare practices, hospitality groups, marine operators, founder-led tech startups, and SMEs across South Florida and the Caribbean — who need agentic AI to actually compound inside their business.
Our Values
Founder-delivered
The partner you meet in your first call is the partner who delivers the engagement. No bait-and-switch to a junior team. One throat to choke, one throat to thank.
Operator-built
We ship our own product (Medop, the MedSpa OS) while we consult. Every recommendation we make to clients, we've tested on our own P&L first.
Scoped to ship
Engagements are structured around a production outcome — not a slide deck. One workflow, one agent, shipped to production. If it can't be measured, we don't promise it.
Honest tooling
We're transparent about what we use and why. When a foundation model is the right fit, we use it. When the right path is an open-weights model, a custom fine-tune, or no model at all, we say so.
